Our theme, Urban Residential Architecture, brings about a sense of contemporary design encompassing vernacular material, straight lines, ample lighting and ventilation, with acute attention to detail and maximum use of space to suit our current needs as a new generation of independent home owners. Taking into consideration aesthetics, expanse, privacy as well future maintenance of the houses, our minimalistic design language speaks for itself, with maximum usability.
